Jody W. Zeringue, AIA
Principal

Jody Zeringue is a New Orleans native with over 18 years of experience in the field of architecture. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received a Masters of Architecture from the University of Florida. After completing his coursework at the University of Florida, Jody returned to his hometown in 1994 to continue his professional development.

Over the next twelve years, Jody developed a well rounded proficiency in all phases of the design process, and in development and utilization of digital modeling and rendering techniques. During that period, Jody delivered numerous projects from schematic design through construction. These projects ranged from intimate single family residences to highly complex medical facilities, and from new corporate headquarters to historic renovations.

In March of 2006, Jody became a founding member of SCNZ Architects, where he continues to shepherd projects from the initial sketches through to owner occupancy. Jody's extensive background includes projects across the United States with considerable experience in residential, corporate, hospitality and healthcare design. Jody is committed to blending a strong design driven process with an understanding of the client’s functional requirements to deliver creative solutions that are responsive to the clients' needs.

When not putting his experience to use in the office, Jody can be found traveling, rooting on the Saints, or in the Louisiana marsh keeping the world safe from redfish, speckled trout and ducks.
