Our client’s goals for this new 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home were to create an open and airy living space, a clean appearance and usable outdoor living space. Additionally, the homeowner wanted a flex space that could be used both as a guest room and as a hang-out space for the children.

We collaborated with the homeowner to design a home washed with natural light and with clean, simple and open living spaces. Shaded by eyebrow canopies, clerestory openings in the living room and loft space allow soft diffuse light to filter in the core house. The living spaces open directly onto a screened in front porch on one side and a large back porch and deck on the other adding to the flexibility and livability of this residence.
