Corporate Realty and the Benson Organization had a desire to host functions in Benson Tower in association with Saints' and Pelicans' games and events in Champions Square. We worked with both groups, in a design-build process, to convert vacant space on the 5th floor, and a large expanse of the adjacent unoccupied roof, into a hospitality suite and rooftop lounge overlooking Champions Square. A raised terrace now sits over the existing roof and a back lit glass outdoor bar serves the terrace. On the interior, a free flowing interior lounge with a full service bar, catering kitchen and restrooms create a flexibile, functional and fun space for entertaining - all with spectacular views of the Superdome.
